There was a russle in the bushes, and the light sound of someone singing. More or less humming to a tune. The voice was low, deffinatly male. It suddenly stopped. "What are you doing back here?" The voice came, he was now standing behind her. "You shouldnt wander around, people get lost this way."

"Kojin." A snappy voice of a woman came, "Leave her be, come here now." It was Kiyari, she grabbed the males hand- and dragged him off with her. "I asked you to help me earlier." She sent a glare back at Maggie, Kiyari remebered who she was.

She blinked. "W-wait!" she hurried after them. "Sorry." she said bowing. "Im now and I was trying to get to the gym is all." she said still bowing.

What a foolish girl. a hnter bowing to a vampire. Even in Japan- even if it was culturly correct- how foolish.

Kiyari paused for a moment, "Your near the moon garden, the Gym is in the other way." She simply said, and then started walking off again- taking the male Vampire with her.

Kiyari growled to herself for stopping, "Why'd you stop for her?" The male asked. "Look, Kojin, that is none of your business. Now you said you'd help me, and I had to go looking for you." Kiyari grumbled, "I hate wasting time."

Maggie blinked na dlooked up seeing them walk away. she looked back the other way and hessitated before turning around and running off.

For some reason her legs insissted on sprinting. to get out of the woods, or away from the vampires? Who knew....

To get to Yami faster perhaps...

Wehen she cleared the trees and loked around, then down at the map again.... "...." she frowned biting the inside of her li[p- feeling a sence of hopelessness suddenly wash over her. What would she say when she found him?

In the gym, Yami was standing off to the side near the locker rooms. But there was another girl with him, she seemed human enough though she was beautiful. She was giggling as he laughed with her about something. It was almost painful to see him so happy, but glad he was sad.

The girl put her hand on his arm, and looked up at him with a smile while they talked about something. He'd nod, and then go on about something. He then paused, and glanced around til he finally spotted Maggie. He knew he'd smelled her blood, even though the gym was full of people- he'd found her. "Maggie?" The curious words came from his lips.

The other girl blinked, and looked where he was looking. She said something, but the gym was too noisy.

He started to walk away from her, the expression on her face said she didnt like him leaving yet.

Maggie stared, frozen like a deer in the head lights. it felt like soemthign was biting into her heart. She could barly hear the ringing in her ears, or the noise in the gym...

"Yami..." she breathed out smiling. she went to take a step twards him and blinked as everything shifted to the left, then went black.

Yami managed to luckily catch her before she hit the ground, he frowned- and then smiled as he shook his head. Maggie. He picked her up bridal style and carried her to the nurses office. "She just passed out." He explained, "So I figured I'd bring her here so she could rest."

The nurse nodded, "I'll take care of her." She smiled, "Thank you young man." She kindly asked him to leave, since she didnt like leaving students in the back room alone together.

--4:40pm...

The nurse had just went back to check on Maggie, "Oh, your awake. How are you feeling?"

"Uh.... a bit dazed." she admitted looking around.

The clinic? Why was she there? she frowned and looked to the nurse. she got up and bowed, grabbing her uniforms outter jacket. "Sorry- but I need to get going." she said. "I really dont know how i even enddedup in here ma'am."

"Yami-kun." She replied with a smile, "He's from the Night class, very nice young man." The nurse told Maggie as she was leaving, since Vincents class started at 5.

Kids were already arriving for class, usually for extra classes like these they'd show up early to catch up on some work. Yami showed up early, along with Kiyari- who were both attending all of Vincents classes. Vincent had a few more classes that were just for Vampires.

Vincent was at his desk, preparing his speech.

maggie rushed through the halls, not hearing the nurse's responce as he heels clicked on the tile. Maybe she should join track... it seemed like an okay enough idea.

She glanced at her watch and pushed herself even harder. 2 mintes untill the class began- IF her watch was on time.

"Im gonna be late." she whined, tearing ass down the halls, nearly running into a night class boy who she quickly side steped and dodged. Lucky really.

By the time she got to the class room, she was panting and even had a hard time opening the door, pulling at first insted of pushing.

Half the small class was looking at her as she entered, the other half just minding thier own business or working on what seemed to be homework. Yami had looked up, not sure of what to do. Smile, or waving just seemed stupid at the moment- he didnt know why she'd just suddenly showed up. She hadnt even called.

Vincent stood up, and the bell rang. This classroom didnt have desk in it, it had a rising wooden bleacher look to it. It curved and had a cresent moon shape to it. All flowing together, only parted by the two isals that went upwards towards the top row.

Maggie hurriedly took a seat, unsure what the class was exactly about- or if she would stay in it. the blanklook yami had just given her made her want to cry.

She couldnt handel that expression more than once.

She blinked and blushed, feeling many eyes on her. she had forgoten... the class was shared by vampires. and her heart, thanks to running, was thundering in her chest like a gong.

"Attention up here." Vincent's smooth voice was loud in this room, it carried well. "Im so glad you all could join me." His smile was nice. "Today we are going to outline, and discuse co-existance."

This was a bad class for Kiyari to be in, she dispised the human race. But Vincent was trying to break that shell of her's.

"Why do people believe its futile for Vampires and Humans to live together?"

One girl raised her hand, she was a Hunter. "Because Vampires feed on humans." She put her hand down, and nodded.

"Yes. But Vampires can also feed on any living creature. Along with any sort of blood."

A Vampire male raised his hand. "Humans are scared of the concept of blood being a lifesorce. Even though they need blood to survive, but in a differant way. Even though there are animals like us, that need blood to survive. Bugs, leaches."

Maggie raised her hand, unsure if she should speak up. she for one wasnt afraid of them- unless they ahd that look i their eys... but that ws natural.

When vincent pointed to her she put her hand down. "I dont think its that people fear vampires because they live off of blood so much as the fact that even though we look so similar on the outside we differ in our capabliities." she said. "Thats only the human stand point though. I believe vampires, some, think that hunters like myself are only out to destroy...." she trailed off, remember lady vixens sheer hae. t first she saw it as the woman being in mourning- but she had realised wat the emotion on her face truly was.... pure loathing. "Its like comparing wolves to lions."

"Very good." Vincent said, he walked over to the board and started to write down what the students had said. "Vampire's need blood to survive, but they dont need large amounts as most people think. Cheap Vampire movie's should not be used as a referance."

He stepped away from his board, and turned to his class. "Kiyari, what is it called when a Vampire consumes too much blood?"

Kiyari breathed out, annoyed that he'd called on her. "Blood drunk. A vampire drinks too much, and begans to crave it when it doesnt have any. Becoming a danergous creature to humans and vampires alike. Though if not insane yet, they usually seek human targets."

Vincent nodded, "Thank you." He walked back over to the board and started to write stuff down. "I do suggust you take notes class."

Maggie blinkedlooking around. she had already been taking notes. she didnt realise that shewas one of the few who had been.

She looked yamis way and noticed his wasnt. It must have been habit- she bagn to recopy her notes over on another pice of paper.

After the bell rang, people slowly moved out of the classroom. Vincent had called Yami up to the front of the room to talk to him. They stood by the board, Vincents back to the leaving class.

Yami frowned, and nodded.

Maggie got up and blinked, seing yami was talking to vincent. she placed his set of notes inside of his book for him, slipping out before he could notice she had done so.

She left the room and blinked, seeing one of the night class boys just standing there. "Scuse me." she said slipping by him, assuming he was waiting for one of the other students.

Yami sighed, "Yes Vincent." He didnt add anything on because he knew Vincent didnt care for surnames, "But you didnt tell me Maggie was switching to this school this month."

Vincent chuckled, and nodded. "Yes yes, now go- I have things to do." Yami grumbled at him, and went over and picked up his stuff. He noticed some papers sticking out. He opened his book, and looked at them. Maggies handwriting. He closed his book, and walked out of the classroom.

Maggie was sitting outside of the school building, sitting with her back to the door, reading out of a book. She had taken her jacket off- seeing as how warm it was, andwas leaning against the fountain.

She didnt notice yami comeout, too lost in her thoughts. When she was thinking like that she looked like a doll. staring at the pagesm but not seeing what they said.

Maggie. Yami frowned, he didnt know where she'd gone to. He was glancing around, his arms crossed- when he noticed someone slowly walking up behind someone. Short brown hair, sweet scent- it was Maggie. He quitely walked over, walked past the male in a black uniform and put his hand on Maggies shoulder.

The other guy walked off in another direction and seemingly disappeared.

"Maggie-"

She blinked and looked up. She closed her book and got up. "Sorry about earlier." she said. "I ran all the way to the guy form tne moon garden and i guess i passed out or something..." she blinked. he'd gotten taller.

She looked down ather feet, folding her hands infront of her. It was a bashful pose- but from maggie only innocent. She never did know how cute she looked. "You never returned my calls... or letters."

"What calls or letters?" He seemed a bit annoyed by her saying that, he frowned, and rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand. "I havent heard from you since well- since the last time we saw eachother."

"You just ran off, disappeared. I even went to your host familys house, but they wernt there. Vincent wouldnt tell me anything, saying stupid things like-" He stopped himself, and let out a sigh. "Where were you Maggie?" There was saddness in his eye's. He'd missed her, alot.

"I mailed you letters each week and called your house every night." she said,. angry that he would deny that. "My mother died, so I was i nengland." she frowned, hiding her hands in her pockets. "And the thole time i was away was like I was in jail- noone would give me strate answers about anything and..." she looekd up at him andhugged him. "Everythign happened so quickly..."

Yami blinked, he never could stay mad at her. He wrapped her arms around her, and breathed out. "Im sorry Maggie, I had no idea..." He frowned, "I was at Vincents, and then came to this school. There was no point being home, there's no one there."

"I thought it was me, I thought you left because I did something wrong."
