The hangged man

"I wasnt bitten by a mutant spider if thats what your thinking." she said grabbing the green pices. "I was just born this way. It runs in my family... My brother Dimitri is much better than I am. He can see into the future without any problem- plus he can move things with his mind."

she put the rules down. "Im not diciplined enough to do that sort of thing."

That made him actually smile at her, he had a charming smile. "Really? I dont think I'd honestly like to see my future. Someone tell me about it, sure- thats fine. But I deffinatly wouldnt want to see it." He said honestly, "Because somehow I dont see it being very plesent."

The cat mewed, and jumped from the couch to the coffee table. It moved the blue pieces with its paw. It mewed again, and purred- as if it was saing it was playing too.

"Odd cat." Nied commented.

"..." she stared at the cat. "I have a feeling i need to say this." she said to it. "I highly disaprove of beastiality."

After sayng as such she took the dice out. "Alright... well roll to see who goes first."

"Seriously..." He gave her the look of annoyance, "I would touch you before I touched that cat." And he ment for that to sound rude. He watched her pick up the dice, still not to interested in the game- but whatever.

The cat made a low growl at Kath, as if it was offended. He seemingly rolled its eye's, and started to lick its paw.

Nied yawned, feeling a bit tired since this would be his second night staying up in a row. He couldnt sleep the night before, because the house was freezing- and even shaking at random times. No normal person could comfortably fall asleep in that sort of situation.

"hey- Im here helpingyou for free." she reminded him. "If I were you I woudl try to act a little more tolerent."

she tossed the dice, rolling snake eyes.

"..." she frowned. "2...."

He leaned forward and picked up the diced, moved them in his hand before letting them fall out onto the table. A four, and a one. He moved five spaces ahead. "I didnt ask for you to fallow me home." He commented, "And I somehow dont think you'd just help me if you wernt gaining something out of it- even if you do feel its threatened your life as well."

The cat moved the dice with its paw, just swatted at it- and walked over the board and moved the blue piece with its nose. It was interesting to watch.

"You never know." kath said picking up the dice. "I didnt follow you home- I tracked you after a demon showed up in my shop. there is a diffrence." she said.

"And i dont know what I could gain from this... possibly just some knowlege."

He chuckled, something he hadnt done in awhile. "Really?" He raised an eyebrow, and leaned back on the couch. He waited for her to roll the dice and continue the game. "If we get out of this alive." He commented, and looked to the cat who was looking back at him with its big green eye's. He then looked back to Kath, still waiting on her.

The cat mewed, a purr coming from its chest as it sat on the coffee table.

She rolled her eyes, tossing the dice. "Dont be so pestamistic." she said. "It might make you smell better."

Who knew if she was joking...

She moved her pice and picked up the paper. "Slide huh... well that clears one quarter of the board."

"Well you can try to be pleasent." He scoffed, "Its not like I dont take care of myself." Meaning he showered daily, and was offended by her comment.

The cat mewed softly, and then paused- looking towards the kitchen. It started to growl lightly in its throat, and that turned into a violent hiss. The room temputure dropped drastically. The vcat snarled, and hissed- and hunched its back up into the air.

Nied blinked, and quickly stood up. "Thats never a good sign..." He paused, and looked to Kath- wondering what she would do in this sort of situation. Because he hadnt the foggist of idea of what to do.

kath looked up at him and then to the kitchen. "let it come to us." she said. "If were what its after itll come... no need to run after it."

She got up and put her hands in her pockets, standing calmly in the livingroom.

He wasnt sure as to how to act in this situation. Even though he'd been recieving warnings, and being fallowed- his life still hadnt exactly been threatened. Yet. He looked to the cat who was so furious it was actually spitting as it hissed.

He felt stupid for a moment as he thought about grabbing a knife from his collection, then realized that probably a normal knife wouldnt even catch in the air of whatever this thing was. He felt a bit hopeless, even with Kath here- deffinatly when she wanted whatever it was to come to them. He heard the front door swing open- and make a violent crash as it hit aginst the wall.

Whatever it was, was now in the kitchen.

Kath stood paitently waiting. "It isnt the same dmeon that came in my shop." she noted.

Whatever it was, it moved slowly- and the house seemed to just be getting colder and colder. The house rumbled slightly, as if every step it took- the house shook.

Nied looked to Kath, he didnt know what to say- and didnt want to talk right now. He didnt feel scared, but he felt nervous- as if impatient to see whatever it was that was coming. He then looked to the cat, who continued to snarl- and then suddenly freaked out and jumped to the floor.

A shadowy mass of some sort, formed a hand- and it clung onto the wall as if it dragged itself around the corner. Out of the black mass forming a sort of body- bright red eye's shown from its face. There seemed to be jagged teeth in the dark arm- and long massive claws. The thing moved slowly- coming fulling into view. It screamed as if it was a banshee- sending a rush of cold air past them.

Kathy took the tail off of the neckace she wore- a scorpial. the tail held a small hidden knife that she sliced her hand open with, not even hessitating.

Even froma humans sences- it smelt too high in iron, almost likt it was too thick to possibly be flowing in her veins.

She Held her hand out to the demon, as calm as ever.

The smell of iron was known to almost intoxify them. it screwed with their physcie.

"We did not invite you in here." she said. "I give you this chance to leave."

The dark mass of a creature screamed at her, screeching madly before it exploded into the air- and disappeared. Leaving silence, and the cold slowly lifting from the place.

Nied took a step past her, and walked towards the front door. He frowned at the chainlock being broken. He shut the door- and locked the deadblot he hadnt locked before- and was relieved for not doing so. He needed some sort of lock on this door to keep people out as well. He returned to the living room with some bandages from the kitchen. "Here." He handed it towards her.

The cat looked around nervously, and then jumped onto the couch with a curious mew.

She thanked him with a frown, sucking on her hand as she took the bandages.

"I doubt that will work next time..." she mused.

"Why not?" He questioned, almost as if he wasnt interested- but thats how he sounded about everything. He sat down on the couch, and closed his eye's- letting out a yawn. He was tired of all these strange things happening.

The cat mewed, and started to glow as it sat next to Nied, catching his attention. "What the hell-" The cat started to pulseate as if it its heartrate- and slowly grew bigger. The cat streched out, loosing its features- and turning into a dark skinned young man. He had long black hair, bright green eye's- and dark skin. "Bonjour." He smiled dumbly. "I be more help- human."

Nied rubbed his temples, as if he didnt believe the cat he'd just let inside- could actually turn into a human.

"You would be more help with clothes on." kath countered.

"Like fur?" He questioned, even though he'd changed forms- he'd kept his ears and tail. "I no in need of that. Fur keep warm." He smiled, as Nied got up and walked away. He blinked curiously, and looked to Kath- now smiling again. "Name Kaze."

Nied came back with some of his own clothing, and handed it to Kaze, "You might make her blush, which would be amazing enough for the ice queen here." He commented, and sat back down- exhausted.

Kaze blinked, and looked at the clothing- he then nodded and tried his best to start putting them on correctly.

"Come here blicka." she said taking the shirt out of his ahnds. "Arms up liek this." she said putting her arms up. when he did she helped him get dressed, her bleeding hand now wrapped up, the knife put back where it belonged. "Were getting you a priest in the morning." she said to the lazy boy on the sofa.

"Somehow thats not comforting." He commented, and picked up a guitar magazine- flipped it open and started to look over some stuff. He was worn out, and things just wernt surprising him much anymore. His cat was now getting dressed next to him, and the woman helping the cat dress had just vexed off some death creature. Lovely.

Kaze laughed, and hugged onto Kath. "Thanks!" He said in a cheerful tone.


OOC: I can see her all angry cause she got hugged XD Just doesnt seem like a touchy feely person.

"Ugh-" she looked horrified. "Please, do yo mine letting me go?" she shuddered then the cat released her and proceeded to dust herself odd.
"Rule one- no hugs." she said sernly, her eyebrow twitching.

He let out a murmer that sounded like a mew, and cocked his head to the side. "Humans show affection- they hold eachother." He explained, "I hold you." He smiled.

Nied chuckled, and flipped a page- looking over the guitars. "She's not the affectionate type. I've only known her a day, and I could have told you that." Though he was one to talk, he was never one to be touched. But then again he didnt really have anyone around all his life to even show him affection. But he just shrugged that off like everything else.

She frowned and sat next to him. "Thats only because your a libra." she said. "Im guessing born year of the sheep or rat." she said. "would be ironic if you were the year of the rat- seeing as how you have a new feline companion." she looked over at him.
